Contracts Administration

Freeport-McMoRan has a standard process for managing service contracts.  Specific service contracts may be executed from Phoenix, Santiago, or through local mine sites, depending on the needs of the project.

Contractor Requirements

Freeport-McMoRan utilizes contractors who exhibit the highest level of safety awareness, ethical behavior and quality of performance.  Key contractor attributes include:

  • incorporating safety in all commercial decisions;
  • exhibiting the highest level of integrity at all times and in all dealings;
  • quality of work; and
  • cost savings innovation.

New Contractor Registration Form

New contractors who are interested in transacting with Freeport-McMoRan, or are interested in participating in an upcoming bidding event should register using the Registration Form.

Once you have registered, a Global Supply Chain representative will contact you to review any additional requirements or questions.
