Freeport-McMoRan Corporation will pay all of it’s invoices through a service called Paymode (A service of Bank of America). When a supplier invoice is received by our Accounts Payable Department, it deserves timely and accurate payment. The entire Accounts Payable Staff is committed to providing our suppliers with this service. Our goal is to become the best and most efficient Accounts Payable organization in the industry.

Freeport-McMoRan has partnered with Bank of America to provide our suppliers with an improved method of electronic payments and remittance notifications. Since this is now our preferred method of payment, suppliers should enroll at the following site:

On this site our suppliers will be able to review invoice status and payment information. If further assistance is needed, we encourage our supplies to email our client care department at phx-fss_ap@fmi.com (Mining Company).
