PTFI, through its Public Health Malaria Control Department, opened a Mother and Child Health Clinic and Family Planning Program at Utikini Village SP 12 in Kuala Kencana as part of PTFI's commitment to the welfare and health of the community around the Company's work area.  The inauguration of the Mother and Child Health Clinic was marked with the cutting of the ribbon by Dedeh Widaningrum, Head of Women Empowerment and Family Planning. 

“With the operation of this clinic, we hope all mothers in this village will be served easily, effectively and affordably,” commented Mimika Regency Chief Medical Officer.
