Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. has prepared a 2008 sustainability report according to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G3 guidelines and the Mining and Metals Sector Supplement (2008 GRI G3 Report). We have followed the GRI G2 guidelines since 2005 and this is our first sustainability report prepared according to the GRI G3 guidelines.
