Atlantic Copper Foundation Celebrates its Huelva University Scholarship Recipients with a Virtual Ceremony

May 27, 2020 - The COVID-19 pandemic couldn't keep the Freeport-McMoRan Atlantic Copper Foundation from congratulating 85 University of Huelva students who recently received scholarships from the Foundation. Many recipients joined University Rector María Antonia Peña and Atlantic Copper Foundation President Heliodoro Mariscal via video conference in Spain where they were praised for their perseverance and dedication to their studies — especially during the global health crisis. Since 2009, the foundation has awarded 426 scholarships to deserving students.
