Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer

Bill Cobb is Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer. He has responsibility for environmental compliance, environmental emergency management system implementation, permitting and impact assessment, community and investor engagement, corporate-wide sustainability reporting, discontinued operations management, mine closure and reclamation, and remediation of historic environmental liabilities. Mr. Cobb has nearly 40 years of experience as an environmental professional, including 16 years with the company. He has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Mineral Economics from Colorado School of Mines.
