Pam Masson is Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. She has responsibility for facilitating strategic global Human Resource initiatives, including organizational design and decision making, human capital management initiatives, such as talent management, workforce planning, inclusion and diversity initiatives, benefit and compensation programs, employee relations and change management. She has been with the company for more than 25 years in various roles in Human Resources and Administration. She has a Master of Business Administration with a focus on International Business from Loyola University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of New Orleans.
